New Truck?
And that's just the engine. You're going to have to upgrade the entire drivetrain also. I'd think somewhere like $40k to $50k ought to cover it.
haha man i bought my truck for 4k mownin fence on a tractor she WAS in primo condition when i got her only 150,000 miles ac power windows a little rust original paint in perfect condition i mean she looked like she rolled of the factory line that mornin and i didnt trash her or nuthin butt she is a work truck and thats what i used her for to drive through the pasture with a gooseneck trailor and load up cows and with every thing i have done to her i would let her go for 3500 just cuzz i wanna build up something new check out my profile and she aint no sleeper eather she has a 5in exhaust for godsake thats straight from the turbo back and if you give er a lil to much throttle leavin a stop light youll start slidin side ways i prolly have about 15000 completely invested with new injector pump and parts and what not dont know if it helps butt there ya go
Well once I get a siging bonus from military, maybe I won't be sent out to some stupid place in the east and dump all that money into a nice truck. But were I live, The best we can get outta a truck is a damn V-10 Ford or some kid drivin his daddies duramax every now and then. There ain't nothin up here in Ohio. I just gotta go out west and find a good truck and keep it outta the snow to keep it from rottin away!
