I'm looking to install gauges but am unsure of some of my trucks specs.
What is the normal/best range for a boost gauge running a stock turbo. I have +55 POD injectors, what would be the ideal temp for pyro? One more question, does anyone know what the average operating temp is for an AT?

100 psi boost gauge, 2000 degree pyro, and 250 degree tranny temp gauge.

 

i max out my 35 psi boost gauge, so i would get a 50 or 100. i have a 1600 pyro and that is planty for me.i post a pic of my gauge setup.

 

90cummins, that's a pretty looking gauge pod. Where'd you come across that if you don't mind me asking?

i was about to say looking at his pod looked like looking at the inside of my truck, except mines black. back when the 89 was born it was a special ordered truck for my uncle, didnt know it was a factory option tho. learn somethin new every day

 

mine has the same gauge pod . i assumed it was a banks part . the previous old man said he got all the banks stuff for the truck.

 

you max out a 35 psi boost gauge?? Is that a stock turbo? I was looking at a 30 psi, glad I didn't purchase it yet.

 

i can make the stock turbo do 42#'s, so get a 60, thats what i got
