Default Found truck have questions

ok i found a 1993 d350 cummins it is solid blue and has a straight body paint is peeling a little on the hood and ond the driver side of the bed the truck runs great and has a brand new fully built transtar tranny truck has 71 thousand original miles but is two wheel drive he is asking 5000 for the truck is that a good deal or no and is there any problems with this year of truck any answers would be great

has 71,000 miles and the trans was replaced, need to find out why.
go buy a compression tester, check make sure are cylinders are within the parameters set forth by Cummins.

5,000.00 is a little high, my .02 cents worth

ya you have to remember that its still almost a 20 year old truck. im deffinetly a 1st gen guy but for 5,000 bucks you could probly find a newer 4x4 cummins.

Also find out what "fully built" means to him...

and I agree $5k is high for a 1st gen right now unless its mint, especially 2wd.

Oh c'mon now dont be hatin on the 2wds! Just throw some weight in the bed for the winter months and you'll be alright! But i do agree with it being a little pricey.
