does anybody know where to get the trim that runs sown the side of the truck? i need it for the front passenger fender

I can't seem to find patch panels for me 93 w250 for the rear wheel arch l. It is a small spot on both sides that stays hidden under the trim. It is about 2 inches tall and about 6 long rotted all the way through

does anyone know if its even possible to get a entire cab?? i wanna swap my reg cab to a standard cab

hay everyone im new here iv been looking for a upper control arm for the drivers side for a 92 250 and i cant find one any help would be great please help and thanks
