Default water/meth

I have a non I/C 91 w250 I have been looking at gauges and came across the Snow performance stage 3 which includes readouts for EGT and boost. Was wondering if anyone has any experience with this kit and knows if its worth while. Also I am looking to upgrade the TC looking at DTT but open to suggestions.

Snow makes great kits. As for your TC I cant speak for DTT as I've never run one but I will say I am VERY happy with my Goerand.

I have a snow stg 3 on mine and it works great. When pulling a load you can feel when the pump is pushing 100%. You can set it for EGT or low med and hi boost levels or both. I leave mine on the EGT and hi boost setting. I have it hooked into the truck washer fluid tank which is alot better than the small tank that they send with it and you can also tell when your washer fluid level getsw low. I am planning to add a larger tank in the toolbox cause the other tank is way to small if you tow heavy loads very far. A gallon will last me about 100 miles under load. I have a 25 gallon fuel cell I am going to try to use. During the hotter summer months I usually just run straight water and it cools the EGT down pretty good and I don't notice much power difference.

i have also been looking into the kit and i have had mixed opinions on the kit and i think i have found the answer it all kinda depends on truck mods. as far as power difference from the kit a stock truck seems to get more out of the kit. regardless its always gunna help egt's and boost levels. plus a 55gallon drum of methanol is like $200 and will last you over a year of driving at at 51% mix
