Default NO POWER TO THE KSB SOLENOID

For some reason im not getting any power to my KSB solenoid I was wondering if anyone might know why?

is there power at the wire at anytime? like when its cold or hot

I have checked it in the morning before it is started and right after I start it and I have checked it after driving it for a while so I dont think its getting power at all.The only time it should come on is in the morning when its cold right?

have you looked for a bad connection at the fuel shut down solenoid or the air intake temp sensor?
