I borrowed an hx35w from a friend and it worked good.until i could buy my own, and it was an s300g 57/65/14 and there was almost no difference, I was totaly bummed, it cost 900.00 bucks with no options to up grade. just do you home work before buy.

I run a stock HX35 off a 99 and it was a huge upgrade IMO from the H1C

the 35/40 is the way to go IMO for a light mod truck (300-450 hp)

Names Brice by the way good to meet ya

Well being I do this for a living it was not bad

but to change it out you need....

15MM wrench
7/16 deep socket
3/8 drive ratchet for deep socket
flat heat screw driver
and a crescent wrench
and about 15-20 mins

and ya its just a stock HX35 55/70/12W it spools great and keeps cool
I just left the waste gate alone and put on a $15 boost elbow to achieve 35PSI boost thats enough for me

exactly I stock the elbows they are a brass 90* elbow with a little allan screw to limit the amount of flow to the wastegate = more boost before the wastegate opens
