The 'O' ring on the fuel pin is leaking.
This 'O' ring is located behind a hex-headed cap, just behind the throttle assembly, but in order to access the pin, the afc lever must first come out.
You need to remove the complete top, NOT the diaphragm cover, but the top itself.
In order to do that, you need to remove the throttle lever assembly, the reurn line, the fuel screw and take out the 4 larger allen head cap screws.
Once the top is removed, the afc LEVER pin needs to come out, there are 2 steel ***** over this lever pin.
You must drive one out by knocking the other into the afc lever pin, then once the 1 ball is out, you then drive the afc lever pin back into the other ball to remove it.
The afc lever pin can then be removed to extract the afc lever.
Now, the large allen headed screw, right behind where the throttle shaft was protruding through, needs to be removed.
Under that is the 'O' ring, BUT it is retained with a small hollow screw that has a hex center, which also needs to be removed.
After that is out, use an angled pick to extract the old 'O' ring.
As complicated as it may sound, once you have done one, it is not nearly as hard as it would seem.
Mark.
