Default will this work?

so im ready for an exhaust upgrade as my first project on my new cummins when my new garage is done hopefully in a few weeks.the question is,Can i fit 5" tubing through the t case and the frame? i want a 4"dp to 5" to 7" dual black stacks is this possible? i know 4" will fit cause had that on my other 1st gen. Thanks

i would think that it would be very tight since my 4 in is already tight. you could probably dent it some to make it fit but i dont know. you could just do 4 inch to get you past the t-case and then make it bigger from there.

not sure if it will fit but if you are going to stacks then you dont have much of a distance to go before you get to the elbow. if it wouldnt 4" should be plenty. if you try to modify the 5" by denting it you will be just decreasing the airflow of that big pipe.

i have a 5 in turbo back and let me tell you it is a pian in the *** to do butt i got it to fit after bending and fabbing for almost a day i got it and its realy tight and you have to get some exhaust rap or somthing to keep it from rattling on the frame i think ime going back down to a 4 in i dont like my 5 butt good lick to ya man

yeah i might just settle with 4" Because i only want to do this once without buying a ton of it and cutting it up and being stuck with it and have to go buy 4" after..its just everytime i hear a 5" straight pipe it sounds so much deeper and i want the deepest sound possible..if its stainless will that sound different than aluminized?

@ Levi how are your egts with the 60mm H1c? with those fuel mods? I want to get the Gds kit until i save for a nice setup but enough for mild pump mods and 6x16s?

If you want a 60 mm turbo i have some nice stage 2 and 3 kits for cheeper than gds

woah they come in different stages!? whats the difference? like wheel sizes or blades?

ya man deff check your map range and everything butt i love mine before i tweaked my pump again i could only hit 1200 and now with a 30 foot flat bed and a dozer on it going 80 i can hit 1400 not bad at all for what ive done or at least thats what i think

thanks guys so im going 4" and doin the 60mm from bbd but im now just running into the fuel solenoid problem so first its bigger injectors i know this isnt the right place but the rubber tip came off but where did it go??how can i get it out of my pump?
