Default help !!!!!!!!

Well Ijust installed new injector pump new injectors new lift pump new fuel filter truck still runs like crap I have a 92 intercooled diesel seems to idle fine till ya put it in gear then with truck in gear exhaust temps start to climb and starts runnin rough ,bled injectors. one thing I did notice is the ehaust temps at the back of truck seem warm I have dual3 inch pipes runnin 3/4 way back to bumper also doesent seem to be as much air (exhaust ) coming outta the pipes I am startin ta think bad turbo what do you guys think (I also adjusted valves) they were pretty good some one musta already did that. oh yea the truck has 193000 on her ran great before this after every thing I have done IT still runs as before I started workin on it an that sucks!!!!

try getting your valves adjusted. You could also have a timing issues, but i doubt it. I say valve adjust. And you do have good clean diesel in there right?

I adjusted valves and yes clean fuel......

if you rev it can you hear the turbo spool?

pulled air cleaner hose off seems like its spinnin ,I also pulled intake hose off (intercooler) pushes air out if you cover hose with your hand doesent build pressure till ya rev it hard

with the engine off remove the inlet to the turbo, check for shaft play, should b every little up/down left/right play and NO in and out. Next give it a spin should spin easy and spin for a little after you let go.

side to side movment yes little if no in and out ....

with old pump I turned up fuel screw and only could get 15 pounds of boost new(rebuilt) pump I only have about 10lbs..is this normal

what power pin are you using? is it the stock cone or aftermarket?

stock pin tryed a dennys 2 pin no diff for problem
