I hate to ask stupid questions but, is there a silencer ring in the stock turbo of a 1990 non i/c?

I asked the same question so dont feel bad. And no there isnt. get a 3200 RPM governer spring and you will hear it.

Sweet. Its a pain in the *** to install, so be sure to get a buddy to help you out with that, and whatever you do, do NOT strip and bolts!

Ya i watched some videos on the spring install and it looked like a pain. But o well.....
