i have a 1993 dodge diesel truck that wont start and i don't know what to do and i haven't tried anything yet except put diesel fuel in it cause i don't want to make it worse and i don't know what i'm doing cause i'm only 15

 

check for power to the fuel shutoff solenoid

 

Then crack an injector line and see if fuel comes out when you crank it.

Was it running before this? Have some history on the truck?
