5 speed swap

Im thinking about swapping out my auto for a 5 speed. I've never done a tranny swap but how difficult would it be and how costly? I used to have a 5 speed and im already sick of this auto bullcrap.

A donor truck is the best way to go on the swap i want to do the same thing
