Default Door Panel Clips

Do anyone know where you can get the door panel clips for a 1st gen to hold it on. I've looked everywhere and I can't even get an idea of what they are supposed to look like. Maybe some of you can learn me somethin or have some extras layin around you want to get rid of. That is all, Thank you

No I don't, judging by the holes, they somethin I never seen before. I've tried a few different ones from the auto parts stores and they no worky. Talked to Dodge parts people, as usual, unless its an '07 they don't know $*@!. I figured I'd ask, I know I aint the only one ever had this problemo

You don't have any on your truck that you can look at?

They're bent wire. A U, then perpendicular to the U the two strands of wire make an X, so they spring out once you stick them in the hole. So you slide the U into the door panel, and then you push the X through the hole.

You're going to make me take a picture, aren't you?

Considering that Dodge used the same spring things for 20 years, it's easy to walk out of a junkyard with a pocketful.

The passenger side panel is in perfect shape, being as I can't find the clips, I don't wanna take it off and risk breaking that one up too. Its easier if somebody else tears their stuff up and I learn from it, hehe. Don't go through any trouble, but if you got one layin around you could snap a pic of, it would be most helpful

oh i know what they look like now. IIRC you can replace those with the plastic "christmas tree" style that everyone is using now. but like begle said you ought to be able to find a butt load at any junkyard.

see jason, you just found something to do in OK. yard shopping.
