New Paint *pictures*
My first post on this forum, so I thought I would post some pictures of what i've been doing to my 92 4x4.
Bought the truck almost three years ago, and it was a real looker, near stock and only driven in the summer time to tow a 5th wheel. Only 170,000 km's
....Within first week of ownership I was out camping, and ended up putting the front end into a ditch pushing the bumper into the fender. Year later coming home from work hit some black ice and did a 180 into the right side of the road, by chance hit the only rock in the ditch and caught enough to flip on its side.... Luckily it was a backroad and I was going slow, didn't break the mirror or window. Three thousand dollars of bodywork later and it sat for another year to get paint.
Finally, found someone to paint my truck for a great price, this was my photoshop creation I ended up stick with for the paint scheme.
And here are some pictures of the slow weekend build up tell paint.
Trimmed the Fenders for big tires and little lift
Tires fit good
And finally paint
I have a whole lot more to do on this truck tell it is finished, I will be posting on DTR of the suspension, steering and 38's being put on in the near future.
Check out the build at http://www.dieseltruckresource.com/d....html?t=267491
Cheers
