How do i eliminate my my door buzzer?

Default How do i eliminate my my door buzzer?

How can i safely eliminate the horrible door buzzer that wakes up the sleeping baby? is there a wire i can just cut or something?

i am not 100% sure but i think that there is just a buzzer and if you find it, just unplug it, but some one will chime in if i am wrong

i unhooked the switch that the door pushed in when its shut... it also disables the light that comes on when you open the door though.

The door buzzer wakes the baby but not the rough ridin noisy first gen . Thats crazy but yeah you should just have to hunt the speaker down and destroy it

He likes the sound of the cummins it puts him right to sleep but the buzzer is loud and the violent shut down shutter will wake him also. The rough ride only bothers my wife.

Leave the door open and feel around till you find the box that the speaker is in. Feel around on it till you can tell what side it is closest to and then........ STAB IT!!!! Take a chisel or a wide tipped flat head and just stab it in there. It will make a little noise after that but very faint sound.
