Well, I found a drive gear... A couple actually. Only problem, one of them has 14 teeth, the other has 15 teeth. The one in my truck has 16. What would the repercussions be for using the 15 tooth gear? I plan on going back to the salvage yard to see if I can find a 16 tooth, but I would like to have OD in the mean time, whether my speedo is right or not. Is it gonna mess up the gear inside the T-case?

I got the ratio reducer from him, yeah. The drive gear was Chrysler only, but they discontinued it years ago... SO to the salvage yard I went.

should of said this before let me do some reading and talking you may be able to use the 15 tooth and just have me build you another adapter with the corresponding ratio difference i will be burning the midnight oil...........

Appreciate the help. The gearbox showed up today... Im tempted to throw it on so I at least have overdrive... It wont hurt the gear inside the t-case will it?
