i have a 93 lwb drw with 5/8 studs if you drill wheels out do you just reuse lug nuts dont they center wheel?

 

HI, Ive got a set of aftermarket rims on my cummins. They previous owner purchased them. Im not a big fan and i kinda like the stock rims. Im pretty sure they are inserts. but still... Or if anyone has a better idea, id love to hear it. I am really leaning toward newer dodge rims but im not sure on the sizes, compatibility, etc. Lemme know. Thanks fellas
