h1c vs h1e

can anybody tell me the differance between the c and the e? got offered one off a 8.3 (i think) cummins. looks the same as the h1c on my pickup already

the 8.3l should use an hx40

h1e is a bit bigger but not really much of an upgrade
hx40 would be better
