hey guys need some help what are the top 20 most used products for these trucks that yall recommend using factory Cummins parts?
for all first gens 89-93

cummins thermostats especially. heater grid solenoids. heater grids. water pumps, head gaskets and gaskets in general (the local auto stores can never get gaskets for these).

i know thats not 20 but its at least a start. for the majority of other products the aftermarket companies seem to do pretty well

head gaskets
upper head gasket kits
thermostats
pushrods
valves
heater grid solenoids
heater grids
water pumps
front timing cover gaskets
crank seals
rear main seals
thermostat housing rubber seals
injector washers
vacuum pump seals/gaskets
oil pan gaskets
pump rebuild seals/gaskets/kit possibly
water pump gaskets

thats 17 as of 9:33 tuesday morning

iam going to buy this stuff and keep it on the shelf in the shop to better serve yall

thatd be awesome! another thing im seeing ALOT of people needing are 12v heads if you can stock those. especially for the 94-98 12v's it seems like once a week someone needs a new head.

sounds great! i thought of another good thing too. pump rebuild kits for the cummins pumps, or at least the goofy o-rings and miscellaneous gaskets that it seems like people are always needing

Governor springs if you don't have them already. Since that is one of the first and cheapest things to do for the truck.

if im not mistaken, i believe hes looking strictly for factory cummins replacement parts, i think hes got a good stack of upgrade stuff already
