Default turbo wont spin ....

problem solved??? ether is volatile!!!

They were talking about his problems starting in another thread, then he started this one to figure out why the turbo wasn't spinning. Guess the ether killed the turbo somehow.

So what happened that it killed the turbo?

turbo corroded up on the exhaust side keeping the intake side from spinning,all from sitting a year.would this restrict the engine enough for a no start , and would this cause the engine to work against itself causing slower starter spin?

i doubt it would not start with a jammed turbo!
not sure whats happening sorry man
