Hey guys. im here following up. I took some covers off from around the pump and found the source of the leak. here is diagram of he pump. the little symbol i made indicates the leak on it. where both ends touch.

 

have you had the chance to repair it yet

 

yeah get a seal kit from your pump shop that should fix you up.... little help on the part number guys can't remember

 

The pump kit, Bosch part number is DGK121. Should be right at the $20 mark.

Oh and most regular diesel shops don't say what it is just say, "I need bosch part # DGK121" other wise they give you a dumb look or go silent for a second cuz they don't even know where to start lookin. Most all shops, as soon as there is a problem with a pump they just want to replace the whole damn thing cuz they make more money.
