Default fuel screw cover?

I just purchased a 90 with 61K orig miles. I was wondering if the fuel screw has a cover on it from the factory that you have to remove before you can do adjustments? Thanks for the info.

Yes it does. The fuel screw is on the back of the pump on the side toward the head.
Got gauges yet?

No guages yet, that is my plan before I start really tweaking things. Thanks for the help on the cover thing though.
