What to use?
I already looked at it. Posted a reply on there, and I am jealous.
The color looked good and i like how you mixed the colors with the acc's black, guess you had that same idea little sooner than I did. Didn't know they had a clear coat though.

yes they do. just a few words of advice, paint gets expensive
i think it spent like 80 or 100 bucks just in spray paint. at 7 bucks a can and numerous colors, it got expensive. not including the 400 in gaskets alone to replace them all.
i mostly chose silver in color because i can spot fuel coolant and oil leaks effortlessly, unlike black where you cant see anything

Yeah, Kinda why I was thinkin the cummins tan color. Easier to spot leaks but that silver would be a lot nicer lookin than the tan.
But then again the tan would cost 1/4 the price of the other.

Well good news, I got the dang thing apart. While on the phone with my dad, cranked down on it, was talking while lookin for something to tap on the center of the gear to pop it loose, and then............pop............ the damn thing just jumped off the motor and down it went!
Good thing I had a plastic thing that looks like cardboard, and some cardboard down so that didn't hit the concrete
. So it is all off now
. And now I see that it was just the fitting for the fuel line that was leaking and not the governor shaft like I thought
. So I'm feelin kinda stupid at the same time kinda excited that I got it apart.
