Default Super HX40/16 and 14mm pump head

This is the turbo im looking at getting with the 4" downpipe hopefully in couple months, was wandering can this be used on a twin turbo set-up? Going to twin turbo it after i come back from uti from doing diesel/diesel industry and the cummins elective program. Alsoing going to O-ring head and 60lb springs.

Also was wandering, how come the 14mm pump head is unrealiable in a daily driven truck? just to much fuel is needed or to high rpm??

i love the set up that i have there is vitually no lag and it clears out almost instantly i could throw a whole lot more fuel at it and have no problems which im going to be buying injectors and a pump head soon i have a 60 psi gauge and it pegs the gauge rite back to 0 in a heart beat i have been lookin into the hx35/ht3b setup but im still running stock head studs and gasket and need to stud and o-ring it before upgrading turbos i do have a video on you tube of the truck but i cant post it in this section due to foul language but if u go on you tube and type in badass gen 1 cummins thats my truck doin donuts
