any local welding shop can probably make you one however you want it to look. but as for prefab ones i dont know many who make them, but it doesnt hurt to post request a price in the forum to see what people give you for options

ok i have a 91 d 250 and i couldnt find a bumper to save my life so i built a custon replacment bumper with a bull bar and i gotta say it looks pretty good if you have the time and know how you should try it because it will be unique and no one will have one its not that hard so seriously give it a try.

Check out ThunderStruck bumpers. They make the absolute best bumper replacement available. If they don't have a jig for the first gen, they will make one. Hit a big mule deer pulling a load of bulls with my 04 and it hit so hard the doors wouldnt open afterwards. Pretty much totaled the pickup but i unbolted the bumper and put it on the next one. Didnt spring the brackets or anything. Built out of Salina, Ks. Check them out boys!

I built my own bumper out of 6 3/4 pipe with 3/16 wall thikness. And a welding shop will charge for materials plus labor i dont know what labor will cost. Just build it light though.
