Knock yourself out, dude! Fuel system in-a-box/$200 worth of parts = BIG profit margin - go for it! Oh, I forgot, you already tried a FASS and didn't get that installed right, because you obviously still have issues.

Good luck!

oh an to the guy that doesn't thing first gens benifit from 1/2, what makes you say that, 1/2" is a standard upgrade... flows way more fuel....aome of us ARE pushing a lot of fuel to our trucks means we need more flow 1/2" means more flow... i loose fuel press at half throttle with my 95gph fass..... so 1/2" isn't a waste
If you are dropping down pressure with a FASS on the truck already... You got problems. I'm laning on my pump pretty hard and I cant get the needle to move off 15psi with just the Walbro392

As for the 1/2 vs 3/8... Ever see the fuel passages inside the pump? Hell just look at the inlet hole....

Several big-power first gen guys (yeah, THOSE several) preach 1/2" fuel lines.

I got 1/2" stainless braid.

I don't see how 1/2" lines can benefit anything.

thise same guys have been inside there pump to open up passages. I ran 3/8" lines on mine, but thats what I had laying around. If I had to do it again... I would run 1/2". do I need them now? No. Will I ever need them? Probably not. But if I do they are there.

yes bypass your stock filter, all teh fittings shoudl be with the pump. Leave teh factory return line from you pump back. Dont mess with it at all.
