Default harmonic balancer problem

Hey guys Happy new year to all of you.....
Ok here is the thing, about a month ago a weird noise was coming out of the belt tensioner,so i headed to the local shop and bought a new BT and also new belt,i think the problem got solve at that point.

So this morning i started my 91 and there goes again the rattling noise coming out of the new belt tensioner, i took a closer look and notice that the Harmonic balancer was dancing all over, took a closer inspection on the 4 bolts, they were not the problem (not loose) at this point only 2 things came to my mind,HB sometimes can crack or separate, right.?..how dificult is for a diesel amateur like myself to remove the HB? a closer and deeper inspection at this point is a must....thanks for your help and time.. Gilberto

There are four bolts that fasten the HB to the crankshaft snout. Very easy to remove as it's not pressed onto the shaft like a SB 350 for example.
