Default help with wiring problems

hi everyone, I have a 1991 dodge w250 cummins, and when I am driving with my head lights they will just all the sudden go out, but only the head lights, nothing else. I will wiggle the switch and turn off the switch and back on and usally they will come back on, but not all the time. I need help, I am new with these trucks. thanks

I've developed the same problem recently.

I'm pretty sure it's the switch since they come back on if I jiggle it.

When mine was doing this it was teh ground wire from the battery to teh core support. It is way undersized and old, replace it with a heavier gauge wire even if thats not your problem.

I would think it is either that or the switch.

When mine did it, it was because one of the headlight wires had rubbed through and was shorting on the inner fender, something else to look for maybe
