What you talked about in teh 1st post wont effect your EGT's enough to hurt anything. You dont need to worry about them untill you start playing with teh full power screw unless there is already a problem.

Ok. Good to know guys. Maybe I'll just use the cash I have now the get the truck on the road. Then later when I sell my car to make it my full time driver i'll buy the gauges. For now it's just going to be the part time driver so I can go out and do some camping if I want.

They're pretty easy on our old Dodges, but in your Mitsubishi, I don't know. Do some research on the internet and mabey contact a guy named Doug Hackney, He built a sweet overland travle rig out of a Fuso FG 140.
