ya but the super 40 can cost 1000-1500 and its laggier because it has a 16cm housing s300 can have a 14, or 12 cm wastegated housing and still flow just as much or more air than a super but this is just what i've been told.

Laggy for a tractor pull, awesome for hopped up around town haulin.. I would suggest a 72cm instead of a 65 and 4" exaust if you don't already have it.

i dont belive so if say you have a small "quick spool" housing and a large impeller it will spool quick and have good flow but there is a line that is present there too

I think he means 62/71/12

i run a 62/74/14 for what it is worth. Tad laggy (not bad) but flows real good on top.

define lag; most guys get used to their stock lag and live with it... i always see a rating in lag as better than stock or worse than stock... to me when you say abit laggy it sounds worse than stock; but thats just my take on the lag scale if i could get a large turbine wheel crammed in a 12 Cm housing would that still pose EGT problems? i know 14 is one of those housing you "cant really go wrong with" but i as i'm sure most would like to minimize their lag and make the truck an animal right off the line... just trying to brush up on my turbo knowledge since i'll probably be in the market here before long... in the works of a job where i'll hav ea company truck and the 89 will basically sit around so i can dump my whole pay check in it if i so choose
