i want to lower my rear end just a bit so it sits more level. also might make it ride smoother. how many leafes you think id need to take out 1 or 2?

i took out one spring in the rear end and mine sits pretty level. it gave it a pretty good stance.

he 1st gens sag after 20 years of service...

I wonder if you can run a half ton spring in the front to lower it...

bobby, by spring do you mean a coil spring for the 2wd or a leaf for 4wd? a half ton spring for a 4wd would be pretty entertaining; nothin like a horse shoe ontop of the axle
