Default head gasket

i cant keep head gaskets in my truck to save my life... any advice welcome... really interested in someone with knowledge on copper gaskets????

Have the head and block checked out for warpage also.

ya definatly do that, easy to do with a long straght edge and feeler guage, the heads warp easy if to much heat

just had head completely machined and i have head studs...

Are you doing re-torque after a few heat cycles? What are you are you bringing your studs to? 125ftlbs? Letting the truck warm up before boosting it?

shop installed it last time i did it this time going to 140lbs warms every time 5 mins before moving then to 200 degrees before any boosting.. every time..

I would say you have a straightness issue or the sequence in which your tightning the studs is incorrect. Are you using moly lube on the studs and washers before torque?
