Default Coal Train Diesel

Well its been well over a month sence I ordered injectors and spring. Ive called a few time's sence then, finally got mark to pick up about a week 3 day's ago and he was suppose to call me back still hasn't and I have called mulitaple time's and no answer or call returned, anyone esle have this problem?

that sounds abnormal for them, have you tried calling Richard instead? it has been a little while since I have been up there, I keep meaning to run up there and take their Dana case spreader back and see how things are going.

I did awhile ago but he told me it was pointless to call him cause he couldn't do anything sence mark took my order.

i know they take a while because they are built , you will get them. you should post in there forum so they get the automated email

I understand complety that they are custom made and all but there's only 6 of them and I mean a month? there's more injector companys then just them so they can't be to swamped and don't hear much of people going with coal train for parts, I went because I was told they were good to talk to, quick and good products, but has turned out to be not so great.

Im not relaly complaining, im just very anxious to get them and just don't understand it takeing over a month, I ordred them I belive july 6th or so. and very hard to get ahold of someone and no one returns calls.

alrighty will do guy's thanks, I was just curious if anyone else has had this kinda time problem or anything with them, just to see if its normal or not.
