Well I finally got the tranny in today, but now having to fab up new crossmembber and had to use new bolt on the flywheel and what not and deffenitly had to use the starter for a 94 and up. Also damn talk about tranny cooling, found out there where 3 tranny coolers on that damn truck!! Should have it finished up monday/tuesday as I have to get the new drivehshaft shortened(the one from the truck that the NV4500 came out of) but hopefully saturday everthing will be done and just gota bolt up driveshaft. Also probley going to fix oil leak and play with the pump before I bring her home.

Little update:

Got new seal for injection pump to stop oil leak, will be installing soon. Also going to adjust the values while im working on it and probley take the time to clean and paint the value covers. Also should have used POD injectors soon, guy is shipping them monday only have 5 K miles on them. Also found a deal on coolertubez and 366 gov. springs for 180 Shipped. Then all im wanting to do is Bigger turbo(got a turbo at my buddy's shop might use), 4" DP, Recon LED cab lights, New bumpers front/rear, Herculiner in cab and bed, 6x9 speakers and maybe 2 10's/amp, new seats and then just paint toolbox/bed rail caps/grill black and paint truck probley black but unsure right now, thinking of just rough sanding her and getting some nice dupli color black paint. Also cut down and realign my stacks, then she'll be just about how I like her!!

 

How big of a turbo do you need? have you thought about adding some insulation for sound and heat insulation?

Ya im going to throw down 2 coats of herculiner roll-on and then see how that did and might throw down carpet and what not but rather just keep the roll-on liner for ease of cleaning

Ive been wanting to get a Super 40 but don't have $1000 for turbo and DP right now but hopefully by summer time have enough saved up. Right now just looking at a decent turbo my buddy has laying at his shop.
