Well... Kinda depends. It is a very nice set. You can build it yourself if you have the time, know-howm talant, ect for alot less. There is something to be said though about having it "bolt" together for the most part. Dont forget you head studs and o-ringing the head!

4k seems a little steep for a set of twins. I know thats kind of the going rate for a complete set of twins, but I think that you could do better. I built mine for around 1300 using a stock charger up top. The HT3b for the bottom can be picked up pretty cheap and readily. The s300 for the top isn't going to run you more than about 800-1200.

If you did the fab work yourself it would probably run you about 2000-2600 tops for everything. That includes a both turbos. You could run an hx35 too, and bring your cost down even further, and further still if you ran a used ht3b.

The PDR kit is NOT a complete bolt in. You still have to do some fabbing with the exhaust system.

i cant find a used S300 or a 47rh for the life of me....i just wanted to run a single s300, then about 2 weeks ago found a s400 with 13,000k but i didn't want to blow that much cash on a turbo......reality is i rather have the tranny first.
