how bad is this

I was in a hurry to put my pump back on and forgot to unlock it from tdc and was turning the motor over, do you think it screwed my pump up, and with it locked will it keep it from starting?

ow... Unlock it and try again man! Maybe you didn't hurt it to bad but if the engine turned over I would think something had to give.

the pin on a 94 is plastic, hope yers is too ....................is so yer OK but the TDC pin is toast

The VE has a pinch bolt. Now he has metal floating around in his IP from the screw scoring the piece it locks on. I hope it doesn't hurt anything in there.
