Old Smoky power pin
FWIW, I recently was running a major whittled OEM fuel pin. Then installed twins.
As such, the EGT's struggled to reach 1250*F. Boost was around 55psig.
Swapping in Denny's fuel pin and changing nothing else had the EGT's want to climb to 1350*F. Boost pegs the 60psig gauge.
Denny's fuel pin allows a lot more fuel than one can get with a home-ground OEM pin.
Well worth it IMO.

Begle here is a comparison from the install thread and comparison I did

You can see that even if you took the stocker down to 1/32 of an inch thick it still would not have a ramp as Deep as the DennyT thus not allowing the rack to travel as far.

A few years ago I had a bombed 1st gen. With a stock H1C Turbo, Stock Injectors, Power Screw 2.5 Turns, Starwheel Bottomed Out, 4" Straight Pipe and a stock Gutbag 360.
Dynoed 218hp at the rear wheels.
Installed a DDP Fuel Pin while truck was still on the dyno, made 238hp with no other tweaks.
Later, with an HX35/40 Hybrid, POD's, & Southbend Clutch, the truck went 342/841 at the wheels and still managed 24mpg on the highway.

I put a fuel pin in mine and got worse performance. I believe its due to putting the nylon washer on the pin as it was not sold to me with one. Is there something I'm missing as the truck ran better prior to installing the pin and it is facing the right direction.
Is the pin sticking? The washer won't effect the performance. I can't see any way of getting poor performance. What kind of pin was it? Is the pin groove facing the front of the truck? You may have a leak in the AFC boost line that goes from the AFC to the side of the intake.
thanks

Pull the pin and look at the wear mark on it. Should be a line. Check for a boost leak. Also ditch the washer.
