whats the cheapest 4inch exhaust i can find i would like to have a 4 inch downpipe though

4" downpipe on a first gen is still, to my knowledge, a somewhat custom component.

If I remember correct Stans has a 4" down pipe.

i went on the site dieseldawgs.com and the only exhaust i could find was for 550$

I've seen pictures of guys that have made their own 4" dp with a short radius and long radius elbow, looked pretty simple.

If you can weld it is pretty simple to make a 4" DP... two 90's a straight and your good to go!
