Default Front Suspension Crisis

For about a month or so my 92 d-350 has been leaning quite a bit on the front drivers side. Causing significant tire wear on the inside and a rougher ride than usual. While changing the tire i found the shock was blown and replaced that. Then i find the real problem. Where the bolt connects to swing arm where the bushings go is completely broken through. I mean it broke through the bushing and is now tearing into the actual swing arm. I'm no suspension expert. Does anyone know where i can get a new one and if it could be done in the driveway?
