so I haven't been in quite awhile as my 1st has been relegated to farm truck since I got a 3rd gen.
Back in April I was hooking up the horse trailer when I saw wisps of smoke. disconnected the battery immediately.. smoked every time i hooked the battery os hooked back up.. Finally pulled the ecm and sent it off. It was returned with a note saying it had too much burn damage.
so what are my options? Are the remanufactured ones from A1 cardone any account?
Any way to bypass the ecm?
