Auto Or Stick

or you can simply try this kit here. as for the swap, you wont have to change anything not transmission related. thats one nice thing about dodge. i know when we swapped a 94 12 v into an 81 ford f350, we had to change everything under the hood, even had to notch the frame to allow the bellhousing to clear enough to run the clutch linkage. course after the fact we found the following kit on the internet.
NV4500 5 Speed HD Transmission Conversion Kit Dodge, Jeep - GM Pickup Truck

I have a 91 with the A518 auto. I would go with a stick if I had to do it over again. I pull bobcats around with it and also use it for plowing in the winter, and although its still running fine, I feel like its a time bomb, waiting to blow when I work it. However, I have a long commute everyday going to my real job, and it's all city driving, so the auto is great for that, plus I get to drive with a coffee in one hand.
