You're saying bump the timing and see if it fixes my problem or put old injectors in and bump timing?

I personaly would put the old injectors in and see what happens.. bumping the timing will wake it up but you should not need to do that for it to run correct with new injectors..

If the injectors are spraying fuel into the cylinders, and it is not starting, it would be smoking white smoke out exhaust. When cranking with the accelerator pedal at WOT, are you getting any exhaust smoke?

Yes I'm getting white smoke when I try to turn it over, I actually got it running for a little but it's stopped and same problem now

The white smoke tells you it is getting fuel into the cylinders. However not enough heat (compression) or timing way off or the injectors are not atomizing (spraying) the fuel correctly. I would start with putting the old/original injectors back in, since that is when this all started to happen.

What would cause timing to all of a sudden be way off, honestly never had any problems until these new injectors, now I'm hoping they didn't damage something else, I'll try and get the old ones in tomorrow, any suggestions for new injectors?

I believe that is nothing better then original Cummins parts, but that doesn't fit into this site.
I don't think your timing went off, I was just mentioning that might be a reason for white smoke. I think something went wrong with those aftermarket injectors. It is a good cheap place to start the troubleshooting.

I'm having the same issues except injectors are stock. All that's done is Pump tuned. But been that way a while. Went from running to noting in the matter or 2 hours and never touched the motor. I have good compression can't see anything saying timing jumped the keyway for the pumps not sheared. Pummel and cleaned all the injectors I have fuel to the injectors im only get a little white smoke out the exaust when cranking it over. Any help is much ly appreciated.

stock pump ,big injectors mean low idle, you need to turn up the pump pressure,
