Default '91 reg cab w250 to '70 crew cab d200 swap

I'm somewhat new to all this. But I've had this vision for quite some time.
My Dad bought the '91 brand new. It was our (believe it or not) family vehicle for all four of us. My little sister and I would share the middle seatbelt. I learned how to drive a stick in that truck. It spent most of its life in the upper penninsula of Michigan. I'll just say, they use a lot of salt on their roads. So...the body is a little rough, but it runs like a 12v should...AWESOME!
The truck & I reside in SD now & I still use her for pullin. I've always wanted to throw a new front clip & cab on it. Then just build a flatbed.
So this complete 1970 d200 crew cab came along & I bought it. I'd like to know if this swap is feasible. Since I plan on building a flatbed, I really don't care how short it ends up. I've never done any projects like this before, but I feel confident. If there's any advise or tricks out there, I could really use them.
Thanks
