Default Help!!!!

I was installing the 366 spring on my pump and got all through it pretty smooth. But when I was tightening down the throttle linkage back on and the shaft going up broke. I wasn't even feeling any resistance next thing I know it snapped. I need your guys help to see if. You know where I can get this shaft I found the part number (1463161849) but I can't find where to get it. Thanks in advance.
