Default Electrical problems!!! HELP!!!

I have a 1991.5 Dodge D250. Truck has had a bit of a hackers wiring job but was still running good. The truck was ran out of fuel and in an attempt to re-prime the system and get the truck running the whole system shut down. I still have headlights but no power inside the cab at all, no gauges, no radio, no start, nothing. What have I done to my truck? I'll admit I did crank on it a little hard but i tried one last time and all I got was a clunk and all my power died. Can you guys help please???!!!!

It's all fixed. One of the contacts broke. Simple splice and she's up and running now!

Yea. I hate those damn things. Switching them to a fuse block ASAP! It was the end connection for my key. Didn't realize it was messed up til it broke taking it off the battery. It's fixed now. Fires right up like it's nothing. Starts on half turn. I love it!!!

That's awesome! I was gonna say make sure you don't just splice them straight with out a fuse of some sort. Looks like you got it though.

Ahhh I gotcha, Once I get my truck down here to me in TX I'm gonna go through all the wiring and do all the preventative maintenance it needs.

Hope yours isn't butchered up like mine. I have wires that are bare, broke, and some that just go nowhere.
