Do u have a tach? If u do what are your RPMs at when it does this? I would guess maybe your maxed out on RPMs and the governor is defueling it maybe someone else might have some other ideas.

no tach. it jus recently started doing it. so im not for sure on what could be causing it. it runs good until I give it full throttle then when it gets to about 15 psi it starts bogging like maybe its getting to much fuel. im so lost

You need to put a fuel pressure gauge on it, see what you're getting at WOT. Sounds like a lift pump to me.
