How to get my water temp down

I have a 1 gen cummins and I hale extreme loads and all ways going up canyons for work. But I can't keep my water temp low so how do I get it lower.

Dual after market electric fans. Royal Purple "Purple Ice".

Of course these are my opinions, but that's where I would start.

make sure your fan is working good. my 91.5 is warming up now when i tow heavy and i know its the rad being plugged up. a new bigger rad would help you too.
