Default pacbreak exhaust break

I've been looking into getting an exhaust break for my truck but can't decide on which one I need or is there specific one for the truck. Has any one herd or ran a pacbreak exhaust break on there truck?

If the truck is a Standard Transmission the exhaust brake will work really good if you
up-grade the exhaust valve springs, if you don't it will be about 50% of what most people really need for retarding. if it's an Automatic you are only going to have retarding in 2nd gear for a short period of time. Normally when I sell our brake I won't recommend them on the Autos due the lack of T/c Lock-up.
