So I re sealed my injection pump, turned the stock fuel pin and turned the fuel screw approximately one turn. Everything else is stock.
Also I may have moved the pump closer to the head when I installed it, the metal boost line to the pump didn't want to fit right so I had to bend it closer to the engine.

I noticed it smokes white/gray while idling and the engine seems louder. I haven't driven the truck much lately because of the pump leaking and it is COLD out. Maybe my imagination.
Would my mods cause the smoke and noise?

I didn't move star wheel or smoke screw, should I?

 

I know when you advance the timing you will get more rattle..
